When you drive through the park, you'll notice that each building is architecturally designed to be different and appealing. Yet, the buildings blend together adding to the atmosphere of the park. Buildings within the park range from two to three stories in height and combine quality materials such as gleaming granite or mahogany walls, granite floors and glass tenant entrances. Each lobby and common area restrooms have also been recently refurbished, and are all quite aesthetically pleasing. Several of the lobbies incorporate two-story atriums for an impressive statement about your company. To our existing clients and prospective new ones, you'll be giving an impression of a solid, contemporary business even before visitors enter your office.
In the office area, plush wall-to-wall carpeting and floor-to-ceiling solid core mahogany doors are standard features. Recessed parabolic lighting enhances the feeling of quality. There is even an onsite delicatessen for your convenience.
Total comfort is provided by a state-of-the-art variable air volume heat, ventilation and air conditioning system. There are auxiliary-zoned heating and cooling controls to ensure that a comfortable working environment is maintained for all employees.
At Salina Meadows, nothing is left out when it comes to beautiful appearance or personal comforts. The John Lynch Company maintains their corporate offices within the park as well. This enables The John Lynch Company the ability to promptly respond to any and all service related issues promptly.
Common Conference Facility Each Salina Meadows tenant shall have the right to utilize our common conference facility. For a nominal custodial fee, your staff can reserve our spacious room (seating up to forty individuals) with our state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment. This saves our tenants the cost and inconvenience of utilizing area hotel facilities for large staff meetings or conferences.
For the health conscious, Salina Meadows has a state-of-the-art fitness center that can be used by any Park employee at no cost. Think of the savings to your work force in health club fees.
